Product Overview:
The BRCN-UZ magnetic flip-plate level gauge offers exceptional adaptability, operating within a temperature range of -20°C to 450°C. Panel colors include red-white, yellow-black, or fluorescent options. Scales can display metric units (mm/cm/m) and can even be customized to your specific requirements. Customization options also include process connections, wetted materials, temperature and pressure ratings, and output signals.

Working Principle:
The magnetic flip-plate level gauge operates on the principle of communicating vessels. The liquid level within the main tube aligns precisely with the liquid level in the equipment container. A float equipped with magnets floats on the surface of the liquid in the main tube (the magnets within the float are positioned level with the liquid surface). When the liquid level in the container changes, the liquid level in the main tube also changes, and the position of the float changes synchronously. The magnet inside the float drives the red and white flip-flop indicator outside the main tube to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. The level gauge indicator changes from white to red when the liquid level rises, and from red to white when the liquid level falls. Red indicates the liquid level height; when measuring the interface, the red-white boundary indicates the interface between the two liquids.
